Remains Found In Lamar County

Thursday (Mar 16) a landowner in southern Lamar County was tending to his cattle and discovered human remains on his property on CR 14760. Sheriff Detective’s, and Texas Ranger, Stacy McNeal, recovered the skeleton bones in a remote bottom area on the property. Justice of the Peace, Crystal Duke, said they had been there for an extended period. Officials sent the remains to Dallas for verification and identification.
