Local Man Jailed On Drug Offense, Warrants

A 36-year-old local man came to the Sulphur Springs Police Department and was arrested on a Hopkins County warrant for manufacture or delivery of between one and four grams of a controlled substance. Bond for Billy Joe Thomas is $20,000. Bond was denied on two counts of violating his probation.
