Animals Seized In Quinlan

35 roosters, 20 hens, six chicks and six dogs that were allegedly neglected or abused have been seized from a property in Quinlan by the SPCA of Texas and a Hunt County Constable. They were transported to an SPCA rescue facility for evaluation and treatment, and will be held there until a custody hearing is held. If the SPCA is awarded custody, the animals will be placed for adoption.
