Apartment Fire In Sulphur Springs

Sulphur Springs Fire Department responded to an apartment fire this morning just before 8:00 in the 1500 block of Industrial Drive East. Sulphur Springs Fire Chief Eric Hill says the fire started from the motor for a hamster wheel when it overheated. Three people lived in the unit and no one was injured. Several units are damaged and the Red Cross is assisting residents.
