Campbell Man Wants Bond Decreased

A Hunt County man charged in connection with the death of a 4 year old boy in March is seeking to have his bond lowered. Ricky Lee-Trenton Overly of Campbell is being held in the Hunt County jail on $250,000 bond.  Overly has filed a habeas corpus writ seeking to have the bond lowered to $20,000. Investigators are awaiting the results of an autopsy on the victim, who has not been publicly identified. Texas Rangers and Greenville police are conducting the investigation.
