A man convicted in Cass County earlier this month of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child and 2 counts of Indecency with a child by contact has been sentenced to 70 years in prison. 28 year old Joshua Lee Bolton had allegedly assault the victim, while he was visiting his grandparents in Atlanta, Texas . Bolton was staying at the house while doing some repair work for the victim’s grandparents.
