A Choctaw County teenager has been arrested after stealing two vehicles – one a Spencerville fire truck. A bystander, Joseph Wayman, jumped on the firetruck and prevented the suspect, 18 year old Jacob Tyler German from getting away. German, who was allegedly under the influence at the time was arrested and charged with drug offenses, two counts of larceny of a vehicle and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
