Collinsville Man Sentenced For Murdering Mother

After deliberating about 15 minutes, a North Texas jury has convicted Garth Claytor of murdering his mother in her Collinsville home. Prosecutors say she was stabbed 61 times. CLaytor was arrested the day after his mother’s murder in Las Vegas.  On Thursday, he was sentenced to life in prison and a $10,000 fine
