Commerce Man Not Guilty Of Burglary

After deliberating for about two hours a Hunt County jury has found a Commerce man not guilty of burglarizing a residence on Christmas Day of 2014. 46 year old  Najeen Lamont Pannell had maintained his innocence since his arrest.  He still faces unrelated charges of assault family violence with a prior conviction and remains in jail.
