Couple Arrested in Choctaw County on Multiple Charges

Choctaw County deputies arrested a local man and a California woman on multiple charges. Deputies caught 34 year old Marcus Mitchell of Soper and 27-year-old Melinda Kath in possession of illegal drugs, cash, phones and a scale. The pair was arrested after the sheriff’s office had received several calls about the couple vandalizing vehicles and threatening people with a gun.
