East Texas Officer Involved Shooting

An East Texas man was shot by officers Tuesday morning, after he fled from police and attempted to run over a Panola County deputy. The incident occurred in Tatum, and the suspect who was shot was identified as 27 year old Stephen Mullican of Beckville. He had minor surgery for gunshot wounds to his side and is now being held in lieu of $85,000 bond on multiple charges.
