An East Texas man has died after he was struck by an 18-wheeler in West Texas. Skyler H. Anderson, 32, of Gilmer, and a 65-year-old pedestrian from Dallas were standing in a ditch when they were hit by the tractor-trailer. It was swerving to avoid a previous crash on I-20 in Colorado City. The Dallas man was critically injured.
