Henderson County Deputies have arrested a woman for smuggling tobacco to an inmate and sex-related crimes. Rhonda Ledawn Ballew, 47, of Eustace, worked in food service through a third party vendor. She’s charged with two counts of violating the civil rights of a person in custody by improper sexual contact and one count of a prohibited substance in a correctional facility.
