ET Woman Guilty Of Kicking Deputy

An East Texas woman has pleaded guilty in Smith County to kicking a deputy sheriff at a strip club. Kyla Rae Knight, 24, of Whitehouse, was stopped by the deputy as a suspect in several assaults at the club earlier in the evening and was brought back to the club to be identified. That’s when the assault on the deputy occurred. Her sentencing is set for March 7.
