Everyone is invited to attend the monthly meeting of the Red River County Genealogical Society, Monday, (Jun 11), at 7:00 pm at the Red River County Chamber of Commerce Meeting Room.
William S. Covington, a Waxahachie Global High School history teacher, will present the program, the subject being “Churches and Denominations in the Colonies in the American Revolution Era.” Mr. Covington was named the Texas State Daughters of the American Revolution’s Outstanding American History Teacher of the Year in 2017. All interested persons are encouraged to come and enjoy the program.
