Fannin County Judge Rules SPCA To Keep Mistreated Dogs

A Fannin County judge has ruled that 140 dogs seized by the SPCA, because they were allegedly cruelly treated, and neglected, will remain with the SPCA. The animals’ owner was ordered to pay $33,500 restitution to the SPCA for the cost of medical treatment and food. If the owners don’t file an appeal, the SPCA will care for the animals until they can be adopted.
