Former Choctaw Electric Co-op Exec Pleads Guilty to Embezzlement

The former executive accused of embezzling thousands of dollars from Choctaw Electric Co-op has pleaded guilty to the charges. Marty Alan Lawless, 47, was sentenced by the Choctaw County court to two years probation. He was also ordered to pay $38,000 restitution and has agreed to testify and cooperate in future investigations of Choctaw Electric Co-op.
