A Franklin County Deputy attempted to stop a 2008 Lincoln MXK west bound on I-30 in Franklin County. The driver refused to stop. Two other Franklin County deputies became involved in the pursuit. Three deputies pursued the suspect from Franklin County into Hopkins County west bound on I-30. Hopkins County Deputies and DPS became engaged in the pursuit as well. As they entered Sulphur Springs still west bound on I-30 Sulphur Springs PD became involved in the pursuit as well. The suspect was stopped at around the 124-mile post and resisted arrest. After a Taser was deployed the suspect was taken into custody. The suspect also had his 13-year-old son in the vehicle at the time of the pursuit. The child was not injured. CPS was contacted and the child will be released relatives. The suspect driver was identified as Darryl Nathani Williams 8/16/1970 of Pennsylvania. He was transported to the Franklin County Jail where he is being charged with Evading Arrest with a Vehicle, Resisting Arrest and Child Endangerment.
