Gas Prices Inch Down

Retail gasoline prices in Texas slipped 2 cents this week to settle at a statewide average of $1.95 per gallon. Meanwhile, AAA Texas reported the nationwide price at the pump rose 3 cents to an average $2.21 per gallon.
