Grandmother Has Pretrial Hearing

Annette Fisher, 54, of Texarkana, was in 5th District Court Monday in front of Judge Bill Miller with her attorney, Mark Lesher of Mt Pleasant. The state is accusing the grandmother of fatally shooting her former son-in-law, Russell Scott Cain, in 2015 at a car dealership. She appeared for a pretrial hearing with a jury trial scheduled for January.
