Honey Grove Man Indicted for Murder

A Fannin County grand jury has indicted a Honey Grove man on two counts of murder. The charges against BIlly Keith Basye stem from a crash on Hwy 56 near Honey Grove that claimed the lives of 38 year old Rachel Lynn Roberts of Windom and her 8-year-old son, Tyler Roberts. State Troopers say that Basye was driving the truck that collided with the car the mother and daughter were in. Two other people were injured in the crash.
