In Montgomery County north of Houston of US 59, Mark Anthony Doyle stood on the corner with a sign that said, “I stole and lied to my boss…This is to keep my head right.” The teen also had to wear a pink shirt and lipstick. His boss, Brent Franklin owned the local construction company and told the teen he could go to jail or hold up a sign, his choice.
