State Troopers arrested a Northeast Texas man on multiple charges over the weekend. They charged 37-year-old Dustin Thomas Laster, of Hughes Springs, with DWI, unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon and unlawfully carrying a weapon. His bond was set at $20,000.
