Hugo Man Arrested for Meth Possession

Hugo Police stopped a vehicle for failure to stop at a stop sign Sunday, and 36 year old Keith Hopkins was a passenger in that car.  Officers let him go but later found meth in the car. Hopkins was located and officers saw him pull a baggie containing over 27 grams of meth from his pocket and throw it away.  He was booked into the Choctaw County jail on felony drug charges.
