Lamar County deputies responded to a family disturbance in the 3600 block of FM 194 in Blossom and found 61 year old Bobby Dale Parker holding a pair of scissors and standing over a woman who had been cut. The woman did not require hospitalization but did suffer some minor injuries. Parker was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and bond was set at $20,000.
