Longview Fugitive Caught After Fleeing

Bowie County Sheriff’s Office was looking for Chase Cook, a felony fugitive from Longview Thursday. Reportedly he worked at a company on US 82 near the Red River Army Depot entrance near Hooks. When officers made contact, Cook fled into the woods. Bowie County Deputies, Hooks Police Officers, Texas Troopers, and Telford Unit canines found Cook.
