Man Arrested in Reno for Possession and Illegal Carry

Reno police stopped a passenger car Sunday afternoon on Hwy 82 for speeding and observed the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. Officers then searched the vehicle and found marijuana and a handgun in the console of the vehicle. 26 year old Jeremy Stafford was then arrested for Possession of Marijuana and unlawfully Carrying a Weapon . The other occupants of the vehicle were not charged.
