Mistrial Declared In Southeast Oklahoma Kidnapping Trial

A mistrial has been declared in a Southeast Oklahoma kidnapping case. 58 year old  RJ Thompson Jr was on trial in Pontotoc County for multiple charges including sexual assault, sodomy and kidnapping. The case was declared a mistrial after it was discovered a juror had googled Thompson’s  criminal history and shared the information with other jurors.
