A Northeast Texas man has pleaded guilty in Upshur County to three counts of Burglary of a Habitation. A court sentenced 41-year-old Michael Bernard Barry, of Yantis, to 12 years in prison on each count, but the sentences will be served concurrently. Barry also faces burglary charges in Camp County and a weapons charge in Franklin County.
