Daniel Whiseant Titus County Deputies arrested Daniel Whiseant, 36, of Hooks, for delivery of a controlled substance, methamphetamine. Someone tipped the department, and they made the arrest Friday night in the Cookville area. Whiseant had outstanding warrants for his arrest out of Bowie County. He is in Titus County Jail.
