Pairs Man Arrested After Trying to Leave Traffic Stop

Paris Police responded to a disturbance  at a residence in the 300 block of SW 5^th and saw the suspect leaving in a vehicle. Officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop but the driver refused to stop. He then turned around and went back to the residence. 51 year old  Stephen Stowell was arrested for evading arrest or detention with a vehicle.
