Paris Council Votes to Reduce Speed Limit Near New Park

The Paris City Council has voted to reduce the speed limit in the Downtown Community Park from 30 to 20 mph. The area affected by the change is at the 10 block of 2nd Street S.E. between Lamar Avenue and Clarksville Street.
