The Paris Economic Development Corporation will meet at 4 this afternoon and is expected to recommend a firm to construct a 38.000 square foot spec building and 10,000 square foot slab in the former Oliver Rubber plant facility on the loop. Four bids have been received – 2 for the slab and 2 for the building and the slab. After a bid is chosen, it will be presented to the city council for approval.
