Paris PD Arrests Man for Unlawful Carry

Paris police arrested 18 year old Dennis Ballard Coleman in the 1300 block of West Shiloh Street for unlawfully carrying a weapon. Two subjects on bicycles in the area where the shots were fired were located by police and the subsequent investigation led to the arrest of Coleman.
