Paris Police Arrest Man for Synthetic Marijuana Possession

Paris police made contact with 34 year old Emanual Savage  after a traffic stop in the 600 block of W Kaufman  and found him in possession of approximately 7.47 grams of synthetic marijuana. He was charged with manufacturing or delivery of a controlled substance.
