Paris Police Investigate Shooting

Paris Police responded to the 800 block of Deshong Drive in regards to a gunshot victim. Officers were told that a 29-year-old man had entered the hospital with a gunshot wound to the shoulder. Officers made contact with the male who advised that he was walking near a store when an unknown person got out of a vehicle and shot him and then drove away. Officers were later notified that the incident may have taken place in Oklahoma. The investigation is ongoing.
