Paris Police Report for Tuesday Oct. 11th

Paris Police responded to a suspicious person complaint in the 2600 block of N Main and made contact with 56 year old Richard Tatum He was allegedly in possession of a small amount of methamphetamine and marijuana and was arrested.

Paris Police are investigating a theft in the 500 block of NE 21st. Officers were told that a ring had been stolen.

Paris Police are investigating an aggravated assault.Witnesses said that a suspect had held a knife to another person’s throat. There were no reported injuries.
