Paris Police Report Monday July 17

Friday afternoon Paris Police arrested Kenneth Frazier, 60, on a warrant in the 1300 block of NE 7th. Frazier had an outstanding warrant for criminal non-support. Officers arrested Kyle Butler, 30, on an outstanding warrant for aggravated sexual assault of a child. The warrant stemmed an incident reported on July 3, where Butler reportedly had an inappropriate sexual contact with a child under the age of 14. Paris Police also arrested Jeffery McDonald, 45, Jeanette Decrane, 28, and Mario Runnels, 25, on separate outstanding warrants for criminal non-support.

Rodney Aubrey

Saturday evening officers responded to the 200 block of NW 25th in regards to a disturbance. They arrested Rodney Aubrey, 35, who allegedly hit a female in the eye. They also found Aubrey a court previously convicted him of assault and they enhanced his charge to a felony. Officers arrested the female involved for a misdemeanor charge because she allegedly burned Aubrey with a cigarette.

Police worked two burglaries of lawn mowers. One in the 1300 block of SE 23rd. The other reported in the 700 block of SE 12th. A victim reported his vehicle missing in the 1700 block of NE Loop 286. In the 3700 block of Lamar, someone took a 1998 Ford F-150, a generator, and a blower. Another person in the 1700 block of Hubbard claimed someone took an SD card from a phone in his residence. Numerous construction tools came up missing in the 4200 block of Castlegate.

Individuals fighting in the 600 block of SW 3rd ended with shots fired. One of the fighters fired a handgun in the direction of another.

Paris Police responded to 299 calls for service and arrested 14 people over the three day weekend ending at 6:00 am Monday (Jul 17).
