Several defendants accused of various felonies have reached plea bargains with Hopkins County prosecutors and been sentenced to prison. Damiane Cunning, 22, was sentenced to two years in prison for tampering with evidence, Everett Brown, Jr. was sentenced to 16 years in prison on drug charges, David Jason Neagle was sentenced to 15 years in prison for evading arrest with a vehicle and tampering with evidence and Dayton Hargett of Hughes Springs was sentenced to 10 years in prison for Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity and Burglary of a Habitation.
