Thursday morning officers patrolling in the 200 block of SW 4th saw an individual they knew as Reginald Alexander, 46 of Paris. When they stopped Alexander, he attempted to flee, but they arrested him on an outstanding warrant for a burglary of a habitation and discovered Alexander in possession of controlled substances.
