Prairiland Grad Lands Vice Chancellor Post At Texas A&M

The Texas A&M University in College Station has appointed a local woman the Vice Chancellor for Agriculture and Life Sciences. Susan Ballabina, a Prairiland High School graduate, will provide oversight for shared services divisions of Texas A&M Agri Life that include outreach and strategic initiatives, business and strategic management, communications and information technology. She is the daughter of retired Lamar County educators Jerry and Dorothy Richey.
