Punishment Phase Resumes In East Texas Man’s Capital Murder Trial

The punishment phase resumes today in the capital murder trial of a man accused of killing six people at a campsite near Tennessee Colony in Anderson County in 2015. Anderson County District Attorney Allyson Mitchell is seeking the death penalty against William Mitchell Hudson. The trial is being held in Bryan because of a change of venue.
