The Dallas Cowboys finally arrive today in Oxnard, California as they prepare to begin training camp this weekend. Notable headlines going into camp have a mixture of positive and negative. Cowboys 1st round draft pick, Ezekiel Elliott playing behind the Cowboys line, Romo, Dez and Orlando Scandrick all healthy, as well as question marks reguarding who will step up in place of three suspended starters on defense.

Meanwhile, the Cowboys are facing a fine of $250,000 from the league for having three players suspended at the same time. The policy for the fine was put in place to discourage teams from acquiring players who have a history of violating the league rules.
And the 98th PGA Championship begins this morning at Baltusrol Country Club in New Jersey. It’s the first time since 1968 that two major championships have been played in the same month, when Henrick Stenson won The Open Championship earlier in July.
