Reno Police Report for August 23

Reno Police stopped a car in the 7000 block of Lamar Road after observing it having trouble maintaining a single lane. The driver’s license was found to be suspended and during an inventory of the vehicle, marijuana, methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia was found. Vincent Karl Porter, 55, of Blossom, was arrested on multiple drug related charges.

Reno Police stopped a car in the 4700 block of Pine Mill Road for having a tail light out. Officers could smell an odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle and it was subsequently searched. Studarious Johnson, 23, of Paris, was charged with Possession of Marijuana less than two ounces and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
