Sulphur Springs Teen Charged With Criminal Mischief

A Sulphur Springs teenager remains in the Hopkins County Jail in lieu of $30,000 bond on a State Jail Felony charge of criminal mischief causing more than $2500 but less than $30,000 damage. Wesley Lane Cedillo, 18, is accused of breaking the glass out of one of the bathrooms on Celebration Plaza downtown. He also allegedly vandalized the flower beds and a flag pole on the plaza.
