Northeast Arkansas Flood Relief

Texarkana, USA (July 11, 2017): The Texarkana USA Chamber of Commerce recently collected money for the Northeast Arkansas flood victims after the devastating floods in May. After many
generous donations, we are proud to announce that we raised $4,555. This money we turned into gift cards that we distributed to many families that were victims of the floods so they can purchase fans, home repair items & everyday necessities.

The Texarkana USA Chamber of Commerce wants to express our thanks to everyone in our community involved in this effort- citizens, businesses and chamber members. We could not
have done this without you all. We also want to thank the United Steelworkers at Cooper Tire & Rubber Company for their support in this project.

Lastly, we want to thank the following legislators: Sen. Jimmy Hickey, Sen. Bruce Maloch, Sen. Larry Teague, Rep. Carol Dalby, Rep. David Fielding, Rep. Lane Jean, Rep. DeAnn Vaught and
