Tidwell Recuses in Reno Sexual Assault Trial

 

Sixth District Judge Wes Tidwell has voluntarily recused himself from hearing the case of a Reno man accused of sexual assault of a child. The trial of Eldon Jackson will be rescheduled and will be heard by 62nd District Judge Will Biard.
