Two Oklahoma Inmates On the Loose

Inmates being transported through Northwest Oklahoma early Tuesday morning overpowered the transport officers and stole the van. Investigators recovered the van near Ringwood and found a discarded police belt with the handgun missing. The inmates, Andrew Jason Foy, and Darren Walp are now believed to be driving a stolen maroon 2006 Dodge Ram. They remain at large and police are not sure which direction they are headed.
