Coach Barry Norton is scooting across the state line. Texarkana Arkansas High School hired Norton as its head football coach and athletic director Tuesday. Coach Horton has been Texas High’s coach for 18 years. The Texarkana Tigers have been in the playoffs 17 of the 18 seasons under Norton who won the 2002 Class 4A, Division I state championship.
