A Northeast Texas fugitive has been arrested after he was pulled over by Longview police and then attempted to flee on foot. The suspect was identified as 24 year old Rangel Rodriguez of Gilmer. Suspected marijuana was found in his pants, and he is also charged with violation of probation, unlawfully carrying weapon, two charges of evading arrest, manufacture/delivery of controlled substance, and three outstanding misdemeanor warrants.
